Fantasy Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup (small 5 1/3 oz can) evaporated milk
- 12 oz (by weight) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 jar (7 oz) Kraft Jet Puffed marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp vanila
Directions
- Combine sugar, butter, and milk in large saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes, or until the temperature reaches 234 degrees F
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted
- Add marshmallow creme, nuts, and vanilla and beat until well blended
- Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and cool at room temperature
- Cut into squares and serve
Notes
- Decrease recommended temperature by 2 degrees for every 1000 ft above sea level
