Chex dessert
Ingredients
- 4 cups corn chex
- 4 cups rice chex
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
Directions
- Microwave brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup for 1 minute.
- Stir until butter is melted
- Stir in 1/4 tsp baking soda. Add cereal to wet mixture.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute.
- Cool for 10 minutes
- Drizzle chocolate over cereal mixture.
