Chewy Ginger Snaps
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger powder
Directions
- Combine butter, brown sugar, egg, and molasses
- Add all other ingredients and mix
- Shape into balls and roll in sugar
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-11 minutes, depending on how soft you want them
